For Mantum's operations in Veddige, we are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to ensure an efficient and safe flow of concrete elements from Strängbetong's facility to the customer.

What does the role offer?

As a Team Leader at Mantum's loading yard, you become a key person in daily operations. The role is largely operational, with approximately 80 percent of working time consisting of crane driving and loading of concrete elements. The remaining time is dedicated to the daily leadership of a team of five people, as well as coordination with customers, traffic planners, and drivers picking up goods at the facility.

You plan and prioritize the day's work, ensure that loading is carried out according to plan, and act as the natural link between the various contact points of the business. This is a role for you who thrive taking responsibility, making decisions in everyday life, and simultaneously being part of the practical work.

The work is mainly carried out outdoors year-round and suits you who enjoy working in an active work environment where you are on the move for most of the workday.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, based at Mantum's facility in Veddige. Start can be immediate or latest shortly after the summer vacation periods.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience from logistics, transport, industry, or other operations where you have worked close to daily operations. We believe you have or have had some form of coordinating or leading responsibility previously and feel confident in planning work, prioritizing, and being a natural contact person for both colleagues and external parties. Since you will have ongoing dialogue with customers, traffic planners, and drivers, we see that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have knowledge of English.

A crane license is meritorious, but not a requirement as training can be provided on-site. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn the operations.

As a person, you are driven, proactive, and thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility. You have a good ability to collaborate and build trust with both colleagues, customers, and drivers. You like to be where the action is and have no problem working practically for most of the day. You enjoy working outdoors, year-round.
